Participants find his training sessions delightful, encouraging and fun as he injects a positive affectivity into the learning environment through his use of andragogy methodologies. Shawn is also a lifelong-learning advocate in every aspect of his profession, which makes him a model adult facilitator.
Shawn is an ACTA certified Trainer under the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) and a selected National Sales Trainer in the Singapore Sales Professional Association by U Associate (NTUC). He develops sales curriculums; facilitate soft skills workshops and coaches sales professionals. Over his 10-year career, Shawn honed his ability in training and development. His primary trainings include soft skills, personal development, sales mastery and “Unleashing your Hidden Potential”.
In his previous employment, Shawn has worked with Beacon Consulting, a Business Excellence Partner of SPRING Singapore and a WDA approved training organization (ATO). As a Training Consultant, he worked with Phillip Securities, Neo Group, Academies Australasia College, Samsung, Singapore Cruise Center, Robert Bosch, Mayer, B.Braun, Digi (Malaysia), StarHub, and many more. His professionalism in consultancy and high-engagement facilitation impacted the hearts of many dedicated participants during his tenure.
